Pickle Pairings: Our Three Favorite Combinations

We all know pickles are great on their own (even straight from the jar). But pair a pickle with another bold flavor and boy, do you have a bite of perfection! Today, we’re sharing a few of our favorite combinations, from savory to sweet and everything in between.

Up first? Classic cornbread and pickles. Our friends at Try Anything Once whipped up a delicious, sweet-yet-savory combination using cornbread and shredded chicken, topped with Farmer’s Garden by Vlasic Pickles. It’s a twist on BBQ favorites that your guests won’t be able to resist.

Next on our list: pairing fruit and pickles. You may be thinking, are you crazy!? But we think you’ll love it once you try it! This mango and pickle relish from Peanut Butter & Peppers is the perfect topping for hotdogs, burgers and beyond!

In our next pick, a classic Cuban sandwich meets a hand-picked pickle for a sandwich that will have you asking for more. Cooking in Stilettos showed us how to kick it up a notch for a Cuban Monte Crisco Sandwich.  No complaints here.
