This Week’s #FarmtoJar Favorites

With Memorial Day over and June just around the corner, summer barbecue season has officially kicked off.  And as the season peaks, a whole new crop of fresh fruits and veggies will soon be available at your local grocery store. To help you make the most of summer produce, we’ve pulled together some delicious recipes from our #FarmtoJar friends.

From a full brunch spread to two new relish recipes and a hearty grilled roast beef panini sandwich, we’re sure your stomachs will be rumbling after you check out these recipes. Yum!

  • Cooking for Keeps shows us her Memorial Day brunch favorites and shares her recipe for a brunch classic – an extra spicy Bloody Mary featuring Farmer’s Garden Kosher Dill Halves. She may have made this spread for Memorial Day but we’re pretty confident these recipes can be put to good use any time of year!
  • Our friend from The Army Mom shows us how to make a delectable grilled roast beef panini using spring garlic and fresh baked bread straight from her local farmer’s market.  She even used the carrots and peppers from the jar as a side garnish – we love it!
  • Looking for new ways to make relish? This week we have two! What’s Gaby Cooking shares her recipe for mini crab cakes with mango pepper relish, while Crepes of Wrath shows us how she uses Mediterranean vegetable relish on her hamburger.
